All Sales Are Final โ€” No Returns Accepted

Due to the nature of HVAC equipment purchases and professional on-site installation, SunDollar A/C & Heat does not accept returns on any equipment or system packages. HVAC systems are custom-ordered from the distributor and installed on-site at your property โ€” they cannot be returned or resold once a purchase is confirmed.

  • Return window: 0 days โ€” all sales are final at the time of purchase confirmation
  • Eligible items: No items are eligible for return
  • Return shipping: Not applicable โ€” no returns are accepted
  • Restocking fees: None (returns not accepted)
  • Refund method: Refunds are not issued except in cases of verified equipment defect handled through warranty

Equipment Defects & Warranty

Although we do not accept returns, all equipment is fully backed by the manufacturer's registered warranty (10โ€“12 years depending on brand) and our labor warranty. In the event of a confirmed equipment defect, we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange replacement parts or unit replacement at no cost to you.

To report a defect, contact us within 2 business days of discovery. We will respond to all warranty and defect claims within 2 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before equipment is ordered from the distributor with no fees. Once equipment has been ordered, cancellations are subject to distributor restocking fees (typically 15โ€“25% of equipment cost). Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

  2. Describe the equipment issue or defect
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps
  4. A technician will inspect the equipment and coordinate manufacturer warranty service
