Remove and replace the existing HVAC system with a new Carrier air conditioning system, matching evaporator coil, and a new 80% efficiency gas furnace. Installation is performed by licensed HVAC professionals in accordance with manufacturer
specifications, EPA regulations, gas codes, and all applicable local codes.
 
This installation includes:
 
New Carrier outdoor air conditioning condenser
New matching Carrier evaporator coil
New 80% AFUE gas furnace
All required labor for removal and replacement
Proper refrigerant recovery and recycling of existing refrigerant per EPA guidelines
Miscellaneous installation materials required for a complete and proper install
Gas line connections to the new furnace
Flue pipe connections up to five (5) feet
New electrical disconnect box
Surge protector
New electrical whip
New outdoor equipment pad
Secondary drain pan
Smart Honeywell thermostat
Proper refrigerant charge per manufacturer specifications
Nitrogen pressure test to confirm leak-free refrigeration system
Deep system vacuum pulled below 500 microns to remove moisture and contaminants
Complete system startup, testing, and operational verification for both heating and cooling

Option to upgrade to a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty with registration
