Carrier Air Conditioning System Replacement
 
Remove and replace the existing air conditioning system with a new Carrier A/C system, including both the outdoor condenser unit and matching indoor evaporator coil. Installation is performed by licensed HVAC professionals and completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, EPA regulations, and all applicable local codes.

New Carrier outdoor air conditioning condenser
New matching Carrier evaporator coil
All required labor for removal and replacement
Proper refrigerant recovery and recycling of existing refrigerant in accordance with EPA guidelines
Miscellaneous installation materials necessary for a complete and proper install
New electrical disconnect box
Surge protector to help protect the system from power fluctuations
New electrical whip
New outdoor equipment pad
Secondary drain pan for added protection against condensate overflow
Proper refrigerant charge per manufacturer specifications
Nitrogen pressure test to verify system integrity and confirm leak-free operation
Deep system vacuum pulled below 500 microns to remove moisture and contaminants
Complete system startup, testing, and operational verification

Option to upgrade to a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty with product registration
